Police Hassle
Last week Gretchen and I went off-roading on our scooter to catch a sunset from up high. To be honest there isn’t much difference between some of the roads and the dirt path that we were on to get to the top of a hill at Vagator Beach. The scooter was whining a bit at [...]
Sharath Confernece
Conference. was actually on the 20th.
We have conference 3 times a week on various topics but they started in a logical place, with the eight limbs.
They’ve all been quite good but today’s in particular stood out. Sharath has shown himself to be on the path to being a yoga scholar, like his grandfather before him. [...]
Anatomy Question #1
Since I’ve been here at Purple Valley I’ve been asked a couple of questions regarding anatomy or truly as a result of some little pain that has popped up for someone.

Yoga for the moment

Photos Coming
If there’s one thing you get in Goa… It’s sunset after sunset. This one was taken from Peet’s Shack on Candolim Beach.
Heading to Mother India
It’s Saturday morning and I’m making my list and checking it twice. I’ve already done some running around as things occur to me that I think I need for this trip. Mostly practical stuff, like film for my super cheap Holga medium format camera. Seems to me that India and China will have some interesting [...]
my very first post
Welcome to my new blog. I’m really looking forward to sharing little thoughts, comments and possible diatribes on me, my travels and experiences. If I didn’t have enough to do, I’ve just added one more thing to keep me moving along the information highway. I’ll be sharing thoughts on yoga, anatomy, ashtanga, travel and photography.
I [...]
